Welcome to SmartTAB! SmartTAB operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). SmartTAB is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services to you. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS & CNC MANUFACTURING

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products.

·        Accuracy: Colors and photoluminescent effects may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings.

·        Manufacturing: Many of our products are custom-manufactured using CNC milling. We do not warrant that the final appearance will perfectly meet subjective expectations if the product matches the technical specifications provided.

·        Changes: We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue items at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to decline any order. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and process payment. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. For international orders, the title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the products to the carrier.

SECTION 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, CNC layouts, graphics, images, and text are the intellectual property of SmartTAB and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without our prior written consent.

SECTION 6 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

SmartTAB is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and SmartTAB. You release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with us.

SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. Use of automated tools (robots, scrapers, or AI agents) must comply with our strict identification requirements (Section 14 of standard Shopify Terms).

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The services and products are provided 'as is' without any warranties. In no case shall smarttab, our directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our products.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where SmartTAB is headquartered (Odesa).
