Refund policy

Custom & CNC-Machined Products

Please note that our safety signs are manufactured to order using CNC milling and specific technical requirements. According to international consumer law, items that are custom-made or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Signs featuring custom text, specific dimensions, or unique designs cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns for Standard Items For non-custom items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@smarttabsigns.com with detailed photo evidence. We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right via a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at info@smarttabsigns.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 65015, Ukraine, Odesa, Shampanskyi Lane 7.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
